Little Rock A.M.E. Zion Church, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Derrill A. Blue, successfully hosted the 18th Annual Men’s Booster Ministry Man Up Summit on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Themed “Developing Our Faith: From Boys to Men,” this powerful event brought together men and young leaders for a day of faith, fellowship, and mentorship.

The summit began with a prayer breakfast at 8:00 a.m., setting the tone for a day of reflection and spiritual growth. Attendees then engaged in a dynamic panel discussion led by youth leaders Greylyn Goodwin, Myles A. Mackey, and Isaiah Robinson, who shared inspiring insights on faith and personal development.

The highlight of the event was a keynote address delivered by Rev. Linwood Shaw, Associate Minister at Little Rock, who encouraged attendees to walk boldly in faith and purpose.

The weekend concluded with a spirit-filled Sunday morning worship service on November 17, led by the men of Little Rock and Dr. Blue, reinforcing the themes of faith and brotherhood.

Men’s Booster Ministry President Mr. Ron Nelson expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participants, speakers, and volunteers who made the summit a success.
