11th Annual Little Rock Day Observance

Little Rock Day commemorates a time when members pause and come together to celebrate God and one another for the many, many ways He has blessed us through Excellence in Ministry. Each of our 51 ministries has one goal in mind, an avenue for someone to come to know the saving love of Jesus Christ!   details

Little Rock AME Zion Church once again demonstrated their mission, “Maximizing Our Kingdom Potential through Excellence in Ministry,” by holding the 10th Annual Ministry Fair on January 31, 2016. Rev. Belinda Austin served as chairperson for this awesome event, which had representation from over 40 ministries of the church. This annual event is a way to introduce all members to the many min¬istries of the church and help members discover where their gifts can make a positive contribution to the church.  details

Flowers Given to the Glory of God

The Floral Beautification of Little Rock AME Zion Church can be attributed to the Flower Ministry under the leadership of Rev. Belinda Austin. The ministry’s purpose is to beautify the sanctuary and other areas inside the church with plants and seasonal flowers. Members supply two Sanctuary flowers at a cost of $50 each. The flowers are given in honor of a loved one or in cele-bration of a birthday, anniversary or other joyous occasions.   details

Ninth Annual Ministry Fair

In the month of January Little Rock AME Zion Church celebrated “Ministry” and held their 9th annual Ministry Fair on January 18, 2015. The fair had representation of over 50+ ministries of the church. This is an annual event for Little Rock as a way to familiarize mem-bers with all the many ministries Little Rock has to offer. Ministry leaders and members were avail-able to answer questions, pass out information and show decorated displays of what their ministry is all about.  details
